Frequently Asked Questions

Selling: How do I sell my stuff?
Visit the listings page, decide how many items you want to sell, add that number of listings to your basket, and go through the checkout. Once you've paid for your listings, just email details of your items (descriptions and photos) to forsale@kidstuff.org.uk

Selling: Do I have to use my listings straight away?
No. You can buy your listings, and submit details of your items anytime after that - there is no time limit.

Buying: Do I have to buy online, or I can go to see an item first?
Yes. In fact for more valueable items, we strongly reccomend you visit the seller, and inspect the item yourself, before buying. You don't have to buy on the spot - you can still go home and buy online with your card - but you can pay cash if you want to.
