If buyers are interested in your item, they might want to see it before they buy, or just ask a few questions.

Making Contact
Potential buyers can fill in a form on the website to ask for your contact details. Kidstuff will send them your name, a protected email-address (you@kidstuff.org.uk - forwarded to your inbox) and/or your phone number (you can specify which details we give).

It is then up to the buyer to get in touch, just like if you gave your details in a classified ad.

How Much for Cash?
Visiting buyers might well offer money on the spot, and they might be hoping for a discount. Don't feel under pressure to accept a cash offer if you don't want to. You might want to wait for a better offer, or are not prepared to accept an offer at all, or you might prefer Kidstuff to handle the transaction (you pay the same fee regardless of any offer accepted). It's your choice.

If your Item Sells on the Doorstep
You must let Kidstuff know immediately if you sell an item to a visiting buyer. If you do not, and another buyer subsequently checks the item out through the Kidstuff website, you might be liable to a refund fee.
